We are located in Cape Coral, FL. We generally ship out the same day when an order is placed before 5 pm Eastern Time on a weekday. No weekend shipping. Our shipping is generally through USPS Priority Mail. However, you have the option to change your method of shipping if you need it faster. Most mail will get to you within three business days if you are located in the United States. International shipping varies.
P.S – If there is a back order on one of our products/sizes (which can happen due to high demand) – we expedite your shipping at no extra cost once we receive it.

When does the 10-Day Money Back Guarantee start?

The “10 Days“ starts when you receive the item. We can tell with the tracking number.
Please note: We do NOT refund shipping. Items for return/exchange must be in new condition. If damaged/soiled – you may not receive your refund back. We ask that you try our products over your undergarments for sanitation purposes.
